PureFlow is a factory-direct manufacturer of industrial hoses, specialising in food grade, PTFE and chemical transfer lines where certification and material selection are the difference between a reliable line and a failed one.

What we supply
Eight hose ranges, each specified against real duties: food grade (FDA/3-A), PTFE (SAE 100R14), chemical transfer (UHMWPE/PTFE lined), hydraulic (SAE R1/R2), silicone (platinum-cured), suction and discharge, stainless braided, and factory crimped assemblies with test certificates.
How we work

Tell us the fluid, the operating pressure and temperature, the bore size you need and the cleaning regime the line runs — we respond with the hose construction that matches, the reinforcement that carries the pressure, and the fitting package that fits the plant. For stock items we quote and dispatch from our distribution partners; for OEM and project quantities we manufacture against your drawing or sample, with batch certificates and pressure test documentation included.
Quality and documentation
Food and pharma lines run on paperwork as much as product. Every food grade hose leaves with a material compliance declaration naming the specific CFR sections or EC regulation it meets; every PTFE and hydraulic assembly is pressure tested and issued with a certificate of conformity. If you need third-party inspection, batch traceability or specific documentation, ask — it is part of the supply, not an extra.
Our factory partners hold ISO 9001 quality systems and are audited on a schedule, and our QC covers the points that matter in the field: liner integrity, reinforcement alignment, fitting crimp dimensions and pressure test records.
