Hydraulic hose carries the pressure that moves machines, so construction quality is not optional. We supply SAE 100R1 (one wire braid) and 100R2 (two wire braid) hoses in the full size range, with factory crimped assemblies tested before despatch.
SAE 100R1 vs 100R2
100R1 — one braid of high-tensile steel wire. Working pressures from about 25 bar (2 inch bore) up to 225 bar (quarter inch). The standard choice for medium-pressure return and pressure lines.
100R2 — two braids of steel wire, roughly 35% higher working pressure than R1 in the same size. The choice for high-pressure circuits and shock loads.
Sizes and Ratings
Available from DN6 (1/4“) to DN51 (2“), with working pressures per SAE J517. Temperature range -40°C to +100°C for standard oil service, with options for higher temperatures and fire-resistant fluids.
Assemblies
Factory crimped assemblies with JIC, BSP, NPT, flange and metric end fittings, pressure tested to 100% before despatch. Custom lengths with identification and test certificates on request.
