Send a drawing or sample and we build the hose to your specification — tube compound, reinforcement, cover, bore size, end fittings and test regime. Tooling, prototype and production on one line, with test certificates on every assembly.
What we can customise
Tube and cover compounds (EPDM, NBR, UHMWPE, PTFE, silicone, PVC), reinforcement (textile, wire braid, spiral), bore and length, colour, branding and packaging, end fittings and factory crimped assemblies.
From drawing to production
Drawing or sample review — material and construction proposal with figures — prototype — approval — production. OEM, ODM and private label all supported.
Commercial terms
Tooling is quoted separately for custom constructions and amortised into the first production run where volume justifies it. MOQ depends on the construction: stock ranges from a few hundred metres, custom builds from a few hundred pieces. Payment terms T/T with 30% deposit, balance against shipping documents; L/C accepted for larger programmes. Standard lead time 15–25 days from approved sample, with express options for stock sizes.
Testing and certification
Every assembly ships with a pressure test record. Food grade and pharma lines include material compliance declarations naming the specific CFR sections or EC regulation; hydraulic assemblies include burst and working pressure certificates. Third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV) and batch traceability are available — for food, pharma and defence-adjacent programmes we expect them, not request them.

Food and beverage plants, dairy, breweries and wineries, chemical and pharmaceutical processors, hydraulic equipment manufacturers, agricultural machinery builders and wash-down system integrators.
