Stainless Steel Braided Hoses

Stainless steel braided hoses in PTFE-lined and metal constructions for high-pressure, high-temperature and vibration duties. Sizes and end fittings.

Stainless steel braid is the reinforcement that turns a chemically inert but mechanically weak hose into a high-pressure line. Braided PTFE hose is the standard answer for steam, aggressive chemicals and high-temperature duties where neither rubber nor plastic can serve.

PTFE Lined, Stainless Braided

A smooth bore PTFE tube, one or two layers of 304 or 316 stainless steel braid, and either bare braid or a rubber cover. Working pressures to 250 bar in small bores, temperatures to 260°C, and full chemical inertness from the PTFE bore.

Metal Hose

For the most demanding duties — very high temperature, extreme vibration, or where absolute cleanliness matters — fully metallic corrugated hoses with stainless steel braid are available.

Typical Duties

  • Steam and condensate lines
  • Hot chemical transfer
  • Compressor and engine vibration joints
  • Instrument and sampling lines
  • High-pressure cleaning and hydraulic transfer

Options

Conductive PTFE bore for flammable fluids, rubber cover for abrasion, flange or threaded ends, factory crimped assemblies with test certificates.

FAQ

What is the temperature limit? -60°C to 260°C for PTFE-lined braided hose.

Do you test assemblies? Yes — every assembly is pressure tested and supplied with documentation.
