A hose is only as good as its terminations. A poorly crimped fitting fails at a fraction of the hose rating — which is why we supply factory crimped assemblies, pressure tested before despatch, rather than bare hose with loose fittings.
The Assembly Line
Every assembly follows the same controlled route: hose and fitting selected against the duty, skived and cleaned, crimped on calibrated machines, then pressure tested to 100% of working pressure. Test certificates accompany every order.
What We Assemble
- PTFE assemblies: braided PTFE hose with swaged or crimped fittings for steam, chemicals and high-purity duties
- Hydraulic assemblies: SAE 100R1/R2 hose with JIC, BSP, NPT and flange ends
- Silicone assemblies: food and pharma grade silicone with sanitary tri-clamp or barbed ends
- Food grade assemblies: FDA-compliant hose with food fittings, ready for CIP
